Job summary

Arnold Motor Supply is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to drive revenue for automotive refinish and industrial finishing equipment. You will develop new customers and expand existing relationships by delivering consultative solutions that boost productivity, compliance, profitability, and quality.

This role supports remote work from a home office with preferred residence in Iowa or Lincoln, NE, reporting to the paint division lead at headquarters.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive collision, industrial finishing, manufacturing, or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to read shop layouts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new collision, fleet, and industrial customers.
• Present turnkey finishing solutions and ROI calculations.
• Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and upsell service contracts.
• Develop market opportunities in listed industries and product lines.
