Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join its growing Paid Media team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, plan multi-channel campaigns, and coordinate with colleagues across marketing to deliver measurable results.

You'll monitor performance against client goals, prepare rolling reports, and advise on optimization. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of paid ads experience, strong communication, and comfort with AI-assisted tooling and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Familiar with Facebook and LinkedIn ads.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Slides/Docs.
• Experience with analytics tools like GA, HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple projects.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for research and optimization.
• Nice to have: Facebook/Google Ads certifications; other ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource to other departments.
