829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our thriving Paid Media team. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, launch and optimize campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other networks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.

This role rewards strategic thinkers who blend creativity and analysis, with opportunities to leverage AI-assisted tools, expand your PPC skills, and advance client relationships while working remotely in supported states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with Facebook and LinkedIn paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with Google workspace apps.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs.
• Monitor campaigns against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular status updates to clients.
• Prepare deliverables from kickoff docs to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals via digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
