829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join its growing Paid Media team in Boston. You will manage a portfolio of client campaigns across social platforms, coordinating with colleagues to drive results and balance creativity with analytical insights.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns against client goals, conversions and events.
• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff docs to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
