Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for a client portfolio.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress and outcomes.
• Create deliverables from kickoff documents to ongoing reports.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals via digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work and learn advanced techniques.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
