Job summary

Code3 is remotely staffed with East Coast hours preferred, and we seek a Paid Social Supervisor to lead strategy across multiple clients. You will work closely with Client Partnership, Creative, Measurement, and platform teams to deliver full-funnel marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social experience with hands-on platform expertise.
• Experience developing full funnel strategies for ecommerce brands.
• Deep expertise across five major paid social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of clients, overseeing full funnel media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Serve as a strategic advisor by connecting media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural moments to deliver meaningful business results.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, raising the quality of work, and fostering strategic thinking across the practice.
• Partner with creative teams and clients to shape creative strategy, identify winning concepts, testing opportunities, and optimization recommendations through performance data.
• Establish best practices across planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation while partnering cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Translate complex performance data into executive-level narratives and represent Code3 through client presentations, platform partnerships, and new business opportunities.
