Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to drive growth for a portfolio of clients. You will lead high-impact social campaigns, optimize across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and own roadmaps, dashboards, and QBRs.

You will mentor junior team members and contribute to thought leadership, ensuring flawless execution and brand integrity. You will collaborate with Client Partners to deliver strategic recommendations and business-critical insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid social experience across major platforms.
• Strong understanding of funnel strategy, audience development, and creative testing.
• Experience with multi-client campaigns and budget management.
• Proven ability to analyze performance and present actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and client-facing capabilities.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance meets goals.
• Develop platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, dashboards, and business reviews.
• Prioritize initiatives with highest potential impact on performance and audience growth.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to deliver strategic paid social recommendations.
• Contribute insights and narratives to client deliverables and reports.
• Ensure QA and brand compliance across all paid social work.
• Speak on client calls and participate in reporting statuses when applicable.
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and skill development.
