Job summary

Prophet is seeking a Paid Social Manager to oversee day-to-day management, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit. You will connect campaign work to broader client goals, mentor junior team members, and contribute to business development.

You will lead client discussions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and apply AI tools to improve insights, speed, and clarity across workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid social, digital media, or performance marketing in an agency or equivalent.
• End-to-end management of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Platform certifications are a plus; LinkedIn experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership for client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit).
• Align campaigns with B2B and B2C objectives (brand, traffic, leads, sales).
• Plan, setup, optimize, report, analyze, and manage budgets.
• Lead client conversations and deliver inputs to internal/client discussions.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development when possible.
• Collaborate with media and Prophet teams (paid search, programmatic, analytics).
• Stay current with platform updates and industry trends; bring strategic POV.
