Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in paid social advertising with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record scaling paid social for enterprise or complex clients.
• Deep proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and ability to communicate goals to clients.
• Experience planning, launching, and optimizing full-funnel paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead channel-specific Paid Social strategy across Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for Meta Ads for a large client account.
• Own the Meta Ads client’s social account roadmap and alignment with priorities.
• Stay up to date on paid social trends and communicate impact to client goals.
• Establish and evolve paid social processes and best practices across teams.
• Prioritize projects and tests based on resourcing and client needs.
• Act as senior point person for test recommendations, setup, and measurement.
• Build and lead high-performing teams through onboarding, delegation, and coaching.
