Jobgether is seeking a results‑driven Paid Social Strategist to lead Meta campaigns for DTC brands. You’ll own strategy, budgeting, testing, and reporting across multiple accounts, collaborating with growth partners and creative teams to drive revenue.

The role is remote for eligible US states, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. You’ll influence campaign performance through data‑driven decisions and proactive client guidance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Demonstrated experience working with DTC brands and e-commerce, campaigns optimized for purchases and online revenue.
• Proven track record managing budgets, with accounts spending at least $100,000 per month.
• Strong understanding of paid social strategy, campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and optimization.
• Experience developing and executing creative strategies for Meta advertising, including ad concept development and testing.
• Familiarity with creative best practices across image, video, and copy formats.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience interpreting performance data to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools like GA4, Shopify, and Looker Studio.
• Understanding of multi-channel attribution, conversion tracking, and paid media measurement.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts with reporting and strategic priorities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and translate client objectives into paid social strategies for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth.
• Oversee daily ad spend, budget allocation, and pacing across accounts.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop ads, briefs, and testing pipelines.
• Evaluate creative performance and iterate based on data and trends.
• Monitor performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and teams.
• Serve as primary contact for client communication on results and strategy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives.
• Maintain accurate tracking, troubleshoot attribution, and ensure reporting reliability.
• Stay updated on platform changes and best practices and share learnings.
