829 Studios is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our Boston-based Paid Media team. You will manage multiple client campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver results.

Your role blends creativity and analytics, with opportunities to grow into a technical resource across departments while maintaining strong client relationships and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in managing paid advertising programs.
• Experience with Facebook/LinkedIn ads and social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like GA and HubSpot.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organization; can work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for several clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on campaign status.
• Produce deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise on how digital advertising can meet business goals.
• Assist senior staff and grow into a technical resource for other departments.
