Job summary

Angi is hiring for a remote Paid Social role focused on scaling Pro and Homeowner acquisition in the US, Canada and Europe. You will set up campaigns on Meta, optimize day-to-day activities, and work with the Brand team to translate data into actionable creative directions.

You will analyze performance, prepare briefs, and own cross-market initiatives while collaborating across teams to drive efficient growth. ET-zone alignment is preferred for this global, flexible role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and translating insights clearly.
• Curious about creative and willing to share opinions.
• Self-starter who flags problems and follows through.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-market focus.
• Collaborative and able to translate performance data for creatives.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across markets, including structure, targeting, budgets and day-to-day optimizations.
• Monitor performance, flag anomalies, diagnose causes and propose actions.
• Analyze creative performance using metrics and prepare monthly briefs for Brand.
• Prepare structured creative briefs and contribute to brainstorming with competitive insights.
• Support cross-team projects, track studies and contribute to AI tooling rollouts.
