Angi’s Paid Social team drives performance across theUS, Canada, and Europe, managing Meta campaigns and translating data into creative strategies. This remote role aligns with eastern and central time zones and collaborates with Brand and analytics teams to optimize growth.

You’ll analyze metrics, craft monthly briefs, and help shape the creative direction while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of paid social or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data, pulling reports, and translating insights.
• Familiarity with AI tools to boost efficiency in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid social campaigns on Meta across assigned markets.
• Monitor performance, flag anomalies, diagnose causes, and propose actions.
• Analyze creative performance with metrics like CTR and hook rate; summarize insights.
• Prepare structured briefs and contribute to brainstorming with market benchmarking insights.
• Support cross-team projects and AI tooling rollouts with clear ownership.
