Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
• Comfortable working with growth marketing KPIs (CAC, CPA, CPM, CVR, LTV).
• Comfortable with data—pull a report, identify patterns, explain insights simply.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiencies.
• Curious about creative and messaging effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Conversion Campaigns across assigned markets to hit CPA, CAC, and ROAS targets.
• Track KPIs, flag performance issues, and implement fixes quickly.
• Turn data into actionable creative direction with the Brand Team.
• Run structured A/B tests and propose new ideas from research and trends.
• Support cross-team projects and AI tooling rollouts with defined workstreams.
