DEPT® is seeking an Account Lead, Paid Social, to spearhead strategic, full‑funnel paid social programs for major clients. You will lead advanced paid social strategies, build high‑performing teams, and translate performance insights into compelling roadmaps and client narratives.

You will mentor and onboard team members, align client priorities with platform best practices, and drive profitability and growth for our clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paid social advertising experience.
• Minimum 2 years in management.
• Proven track record scaling paid social programs for enterprise/hyper‑complex clients.
• Deep proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead channel‑specific Paid Social strategy across Meta Ads to drive client KPIs.
• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for Meta Ads for a large, complex client.
• Own the client social account roadmap and align tests with priorities.
• Stay updated on paid social trends and translate into client strategy.
• Enforce paid social processes and use tools like Asana and QA frameworks.
• Prioritize projects and tests with clear dialogue with team and client.
• Act as senior point person for test recommendations, setup, and measurement.
• Build and lead high‑performing teams, including onboarding and coaching.
