Job summary

Mars Men is seeking a highly analytical Paid Search & YouTube Manager to own the strategy, execution and day-to-day performance of our Google Ads and YouTube Ads channels. You will drive efficient customer acquisition while growing revenue and acquisition volume.

You’ll work with Growth, Creative, and Analytics to translate business goals into campaign strategy, build a structured testing roadmap, and continuously improve results in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on Google Ads experience at a fast-growing DTC, eCommerce, subscription, or consumer brand.
• Deep expertise in paid search and Google Ads; YouTube Ads experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of meeting CPA and ROAS targets while scaling acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and experience with GA4 or similar tools.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and data-driven bidding.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the day-to-day performance of Google Ads and YouTube Ads, hitting CPA, acquisition volume and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies across keywords, bidding, audiences, structure and budget allocation.
• Build and lead a structured testing roadmap across ad copy, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze full-funnel performance, diagnose inefficiencies, and improve conversion rates for profitable growth.
• Strengthen measurement and attribution by optimizing conversion tracking and reporting with Analytics.
• Collaborate with Growth and Creative on performance and funnel efficiency; stay ahead of search, paid media and AI ads.
