Stryker Digital, LLC is hiring a Paid Search Strategist to own and drive paid search campaigns for home service clients. You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, from strategy and budgets to creative direction and client relations, delivering measurable ROI.

You will own onboarding, weekly optimizations, and monthly performance reviews, presenting results and driving renewals while shaping how we scale this critical function. Remote role with growth potential.

Competenze

• Google Ads experience required, preferably with local service businesses or a digital agency.
• Led strategy calls, handled objections, and built client relationships.
• Ability to stretch budgets, drive conversions, and scale what works.
• Detail-oriented with polished Slack messages and reports.

Mansioni

• Client Management: day-to-day contact for assigned accounts via Slack, video, and email.
• Google Ads Execution: build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, LSA).
• Onboarding: guide new clients through onboarding and collaborate to launch campaigns.
• Performance Reviews: lead monthly video calls to review performance and upsell where appropriate.
• Reporting & Analysis: present data highlighting business outcomes.
• Collaboration: coordinate with landing page designers, tracking specialists, and leadership.
