Stryker Digital, LLC is expanding its Google Ads team and seeks a Paid Search Strategist to own a portfolio of home service accounts from onboarding to optimization. You will be the strategy and client liaison, writing copy, managing budgets, and guiding creative direction to ensure profitable campaigns.

This fully remote role reports to the Director of Paid Media and offers growth as we scale. Demonstrated campaigns with real ROI are required, with the ability to drive calls and conversions for

Competenze

• 2+ years of Google Ads experience, preferably with local service businesses.
• Experience leading strategy calls and client communications.
• Ability to stretch budgets, drive conversions, and scale campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail and polished Slack messages/reports.
• Growth mindset with ownership and collaboration in a fast-scaling team.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, GA4, and related tools is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day client accounts, communicating via Slack, video, and email.
• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Google Search, Display, and LSA.
• Onboard new clients and collaborate with internal teams to launch campaigns quickly.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and upsell when appropriate.
• Present data to highlight business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
• Coordinate with landing page designers, conversion tracking specialists, and leadership.
