RKD Group is a remote-first marketing agency focused on nonprofit outcomes. The Associate, Paid Search Media will manage Google Ad Grants and paid search campaigns, optimizing budgets to hit CPA targets and ROI for multiple clients.

Responsibilities include conversion tracking setup, keyword recommendations, and reporting to account teams. Candidates should have a marketing or business background with hands-on paid search experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year’s experience or a solid internship in a similar environment.
• Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar digital marketing tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Google Ad Grants at least biweekly, including ad text and keyword testing.
• Oversee paid search campaigns weekly, including bid adjustments and budget pacing.
• Create Ad Grant reports for client teams with performance notes.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with the media/technical teams.
• Provide SEO and keyword recommendations for national client pages.
