Job summary

New Engen, a digital marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Search Senior Specialist to own and grow high-growth startup/DTC accounts. You will lead Google Ads strategy across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, with data-driven optimizations and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Paid Search experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Experience independently managing campaigns and client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent client-facing communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-growth startup/DTC accounts.
• Lead Paid Search strategy and execution across channels.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and recommendations.
