Job summary

New Engen is seeking a Lead Paid Search Performance to own optimization across a portfolio of high-impact Paid Search accounts, including enterprise clients. Lead day-to-day account management and ensure campaigns are optimized to achieve performance goals.

You will act as a Strategic Client Partner, translating client objectives into direction for internal teams, and build trusted client relationships while aligning expectations and business goals.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with Google Search and campaign optimization.
• Proven ability to manage complex Paid Search accounts in an agency or multi-client environment.
• Strong client-facing experience, including leading calls and presenting performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced settings.
• Experience guiding and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Search Performance across a portfolio of high-impact accounts.
• Serve as a Strategic Client Partner, translating client objectives into direction for internal teams.
• Guide Team Execution with coaching and QA practices.
