Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Paid Search Associate Director who can lead client relationships while hands-on managing campaigns. You’ll guide strategy, oversee performance, and ensure flawless end-to-end paid search execution across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.

Depending on location, the role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, SF, Miami) or remote. Based in part on location, you will mentor junior team members, develop testing frameworks, and translate data into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant paid search experience.
• Hands-on experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+.
• Experience with Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Editor.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for paid search strategy and performance discussions.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities tailored to client goals.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities across accounts and campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including setup, budgeting, and reporting.
• Translate insights into actionable next steps that drive client impact.
