Soko Glam is seeking a Part-Time Paid Media Contractor to drive paid advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will own strategy, setup, optimization, budgeting, testing, and performance analysis with a focus on customer acquisition, efficiency, conversion, and ROAS.

This is a remote, part-time role reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of paid media experience, familiarity with Meta & Google ads, and strong analytic capabilities to optimize

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience managing paid media in ecommerce.
• Beauty industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Meta, Google Ads (incl. Performance Max & branded search), and TikTok.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking with paid media metrics.
• Experience budgeting, testing campaigns, and optimizing toward KPIs.
• Ability to own workstreams from strategy to execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Mansioni

• Run paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google including Performance Max.
• Set up, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budgets; project spend and revenue.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ROAS.
• Create paid media briefs and collaborate on creative direction.
• Identify new UGC content for paid acquisition and testing angles.
• Run audience, creative, and campaign testing for performance.
• Track performance with GA4 and Shopify data; provide regular reports.
