You will lead planning, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads for clients. Requirements include 2+ years in paid search, agency client-facing experience, and proficiency in Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paid search experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Agency experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in Google Shopping and Paid Social platforms.
• Experience in Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Lead quarterly/monthly planning sessions and present roadmaps aligned with KPIs.
• Measure and report campaign performance, budgets, and lead trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with client goals.
• Develop and execute A/B tests; optimize bidding and audience targeting.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of campaigns across platforms.
