Job summary

Cazoo is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Executive to join our Performance Marketing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a significant increase in brand marketing investment. You will own day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, monitor budgets, and collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Analytics teams to turn brand awareness into measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on paid social experience with 3+ years building campaigns.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
• Ability to manage large monthly budgets and optimize performance.
• Experience delivering brand awareness campaigns alongside performance activity.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, CTR and CPA.
• Able to identify underperforming campaigns and optimize targeting, placements and budget.
• Experience with A/B testing and collaborating with creative teams.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Collaborative communicator across Marketing, Creative, Analytics and partners.
• Experience running YouTube campaigns via Google Ads or DV360.
• Familiarity with influencer boosting and TikTok Spark Ads.
• Exposure to brand lift studies and incrementality testing.
• Familiarity with GA4/Looker Studio.
