Job summary

TLNT is seeking a Paid Media Buyer with hands-on ecommerce/DTC experience for a fully remote, full-time role. You will own Meta and TikTok campaigns, brief creatives, and optimize performance while coordinating with analytics and design teams.

You’ll manage substantial monthly ad budgets and help bring more channels in-house over time, including Google and Amazon ads. This contractor role offers flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer for ecommerce/DTC brands.
• Hands-on campaign execution in Meta and TikTok.
• Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets (50K+/month).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta & TikTok campaigns end to end — structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, placements.
• Turn data into strategy — monitor CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, AOV and fatigue.
• Direct the creative by briefing creators and designers on hooks and offers.
• Optimize campaigns daily/weekly with data-driven adjustments.
• Remain on top of market trends in DTC, beauty and wellness.
