Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM seeks a data-driven Paid Social Specialist to manage day-to-day media operations for a US-based client portfolio, across Meta and TikTok, from LATAM. You will own prospecting, retargeting, audience segmentation, and creative testing to maximize ROAS and CPA improvements.

As a direct independent contractor, you’ll enjoy unlimited PTO and a year-end company-wide break from December 24 to January 2, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, and delivering

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok in agency or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to drive performance against CPA/ROAS/CPL/CAC targets.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audiences, bidding, and optimization on Meta/TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok with focus on efficient customer acquisition and conversion.
• Oversee day-to-day management of high-budget campaigns ($80K+ monthly spend) including prospecting, retargeting, and Advantage+/Smart+ initiatives.
• Develop audience segmentation, lookalikes, and behavior-based targeting; collaborate with creative teams to brief and test ad creative.
• Design and run creative tests (hooks, formats, UGC, video vs. static) to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA.
