Great Day Improvements (GDI) is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to support Universal Windows Direct. This remote role collaborates with the VP of Marketing to oversee paid search and paid social performance, optimize campaigns, and drive qualified leads and appointments across 12 markets.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, data‑driven, and able to challenge agency recommendations while coordinating budget planning, forecasting, and cross‑functional initiatives to grow revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in performance marketing or paid media.
• Strong expertise in paid search and paid social strategies.
• Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills and data analysis.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day paid search and paid social performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and other platforms.
• Lead agency partnerships, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate optimization initiatives.
• Analyze campaign, CRM, and sales funnel data to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Monitor performance across 12 markets and adjust investments accordingly.
• Plan budgets, forecasts, and reallocations based on results.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance/FP&A, and operations to align investments with goals.
• Develop and manage paid media testing plans and measure outcomes.
• Track initiatives and ensure timely execution and clear communication.
• Present data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
