Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience including hands-on planning, managing, evaluating, and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Strong expertise in paid search and paid social strategies, including keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, creative testing, tracking, and lead-generation economics.
• Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with marketing budget management, including planning, forecasting, spend pacing, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day paid search and paid social performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and other platforms.
• Manage paid media agency partners, monitor deliverables, reviews, and optimization initiatives.
• Analyze campaign, platform, CRM, and sales data to identify trends and improve lead quality, appointments, and business results.
• Monitor performance across UWD's 12 markets and adjust investments and priorities accordingly.
• Support budget development, forecasting, pacing, variances, and reallocations based on performance.
