Job summary

GrowthAssistant is a fully remote team hiring a Paid Ads Video Editor to own editing and post-production for our paid social engine, turning raw footage into high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will edit high-performing video ads, run structured tests, and iterate based on watch time, CTR, and ROAS.

You’ll handle pacing, captions, sound design, and color, keeping brand consistency. We value speed, craft, and collaboration; expect US Eastern Time hours, a fast, high-volume

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid social ad editing experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit paid social video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
• Create multiple hook/body/CTA variations from assets for structured testing.
• Collaborate with Growth to optimize watch time, CTR, and ROAS.
• Own post-production: pacing, sound design, captions, motion graphics, color.
• Ensure edits are on-brand and maintain the brand's visual identity.
• Manage Frame.io reviews and asset delivery in correct specs (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9).
