OnHires is seeking a Performance Video Editor for Meta DTC ads. This is a long-term, full-time contractor role, remote with CET ±2h overlap. You’ll edit 1–2 minute Meta ads, using UGC formats and AI-generated content, and report to the VP of Growth.

You’ll build hooks, pacing, music, captions, and AI voiceovers, while applying feedback to future videos. Volume is about 6 videos per month, with a generous toolkit including Adobe and Higgsfield, and performance bonuses for winning ads.

Formación

• Portfolio of real DTC paid social ads, ideally for Meta.
• Experience with UGC ads; AI voiceovers or AI animation is a strong plus.
• Storytelling instinct, pace and sound design with strong attention to detail.
• English proficiency for Slack and caption proofreading.

Responsabilidades

• Edit short-form ads (up to 1-2 minutes) for Meta: UGC-style ads, AI voiceover ads and AI-generated animated ads
• Turn scripts and raw assets into ads with hooks, pacing, music and sound design
• Generate AI voiceovers and AI scenes when needed
• Ensure captions match the script exactly
• Take feedback and apply learnings to the next video
