Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Paid Ads Video Editor to own editing and post-production for a nicotine-free functional pouch brand. You will transform raw footage and product shots into high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and rapid turnaround.

You will edit UGC testimonials, run structured variation testing, and iterate on hooks, pacing, captions, and aspect ratios while collaborating with Growth to drive performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid social ad editing experience.
• Experience producing UGC testimonials, mashups, and direct-response formats.
• Proficient with CapCut and Adobe tools; Frame.io for reviews and versioning.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; able to take briefs and communicate clearly.
• Fast and capable of high-volume, high-quality edits with strong craft.
• Willing to work US Eastern Time (New York) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create variations from shoots for structured creative testing.
• Collaborate with Growth to optimize hooks, pacing, captions, and aspect ratios.
• Own full post-production craft: pacing, sound, captions, motion graphics, color.
• Maintain brand consistency across edits and assets.
• Manage review cycles in Frame.io and deliver assets in correct specs.
