GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Video Editing Specialist to craft social-first edits from creator footage for a fast-growing DTC brand. You will produce high-volume weekly content, adapt edits across TikTok, Meta, and other channels, and apply feedback to improve future work.

Qualifications

• Social-first editing judgment to shape creator footage into strong edits.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-turnaround creative environments.
• Aware of current social trends on TikTok and Meta.
• Ability to absorb performance feedback and apply learnings.
• Comfortable with TikTok/UGC-style and polished video work.
• Familiarity with Asana for briefs and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Take creator/influencer footage and identify the strongest hook and pacing.
• Edit 12–14 concepts per week with 1–2 variations each for social assets.
• Adapt and repurpose content for Meta and other paid channels.
• Apply ongoing feedback and carry learnings into future edits.
• Manage briefs, tasks, and feedback through Asana.
• Produce polished, aspirational b-roll content alongside primary edits.
• Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team.
