The Paid Advertising Specialist supports the execution and performance of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, working with leads and independently managing core client work.

You will grow your technical, strategic, and analytical skills while delivering high-quality results on time.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, agency background a plus.
• 1+ years in Direct Response marketing for E-Commerce; Lead Gen or B2B a plus.
• 1+ years of Meta/Google Ads management for DR campaigns.
• 1+ years leading paid advertising strategy for DR efforts.
• 1+ years using Google Analytics and Shopify; other platforms a plus.
• 1 year of client-facing communications.
• Excellent Excel and data-analytics skills.
• Highly organized, self-starter with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Operate with ownership, manage timelines, budgets, pacing, and performance.
• Execute end-to-end paid advertising programs including builds, optimization, and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses with data-backed optimizations.
• Maintain client-first mindset, incorporating objectives and brand nuances.
• Show calm, solution-oriented problem solving during volatility or pivots.
• Ensure budget adherence and flag risks or opportunities early.
• Own testing roadmaps and prioritize experiments.
• Deliver on-time launches and updates for campaigns.
• Prepare and present performance reports with data storytelling.
