The Paid Advertising Specialist supports end-to-end campaign execution across core platforms, delivering data-driven insights and optimizing performance for a book of e-commerce clients.

You will collaborate with senior strategists, manage budgets, and present clear performance narratives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience; agency experience is a plus.
• 1+ years of direct response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; other platforms a plus.
• 1+ years leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing.
• 1+ years with Google Analytics and Shopify; other platforms a plus.
• 1 year of client-facing experience and handling communications.
• Excellent Excel skills with advanced features.
• Excellent data analytics skills.
• Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, organized.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with accurate setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance with minimal oversight.
• Execute end-to-end paid advertising programs, including ad builds, optimizations, and reporting.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking; identify growth opportunities and data-backed optimizations.
• Maintain a client-first mindset; incorporate objectives and brand nuances into decisions.
• Deliver on-time launches and provide regular performance updates and insights.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem to inform strategy, execution, and reporting.
