IMPACT in the United States is seeking a dedicated design lead for Swell’s paid media clients. You will own the creative anchor from concept through final asset, driving strategy, first drafts, revisions, and the AI-enabled production pipeline to deliver campaigns that convert.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Paid Media and external designers and video talent, ensuring client-ready work and consistent brand standards. Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Premiere Pro and Creatopy is required.

Competenze

3–5 years designing digital ad creative (agency or in‑house performance marketing).
A portfolio of direct‑response work with proven results.
Deep understanding of branding & digital buyer psychology.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Google Workspace.

Mansioni

Owns design strategy per client and leads the design process for ad campaigns.
Creates static ad designs and full campaign suites for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Manages revision cycles with clear rationale and tight turnarounds.
Operates and improves the AI production pipeline for faster outputs without sacrificing quality.
Directs video creative: scripting, storyboards, and briefs; editing a plus.
Quality-checks contractor output before client delivery.
Keeps assets organized with clean file structures for handoff.
