OpenArt is a Silicon Valley-based Gen AI startup building an AI creative platform used by creators worldwide. We’re seeking a Paid Media Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy behind our paid social campaigns, from identifying audiences and developing concepts to briefs, tests, and performance decisions.

You’ll collaborate with our growth, motion design, video editing, influencer, and social teams to continuously produce and test new paid creative, focusing on making the creative

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in paid creative strategy or related roles.
• Proven ability to develop paid social creatives that drive performance.
• Strong knowledge of Meta ads and paid social formats.
• Experience building and running creative testing frameworks.
• Excellent copywriting for hooks, scripts, headlines, and direct-response messaging.
• Comfort with remote work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in AI and how it shapes content creation.

Responsibilities

• Own paid creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and more.
• Build and run a structured creative testing program.
• Turn performance data into creative hypotheses and concepts.
• Develop concepts, briefs, and ad copy aligned with product messaging.
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and editors to production.
• Stay ahead by analyzing trends and competitive patterns.
