Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Food Packaging Systems or related industries.
• Experience in packaging systems engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of packaging systems unit operations and GMP/food safety.
• Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills; able to execute projects on time.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual and detailed engineering design and cost estimation for capital projects.
• Oversee installation, checkout, and commissioning of packaging systems.
• Train manufacturing personnel on key operating parameters of packaging systems.
• Budget, schedule, and resource management for packaging projects.
