The Hershey Company seeks a Staff Packaging Systems CI Engineer to drive packaging-improvement initiatives across our manufacturing network. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and rigorous problem-solving to improve cost, capacity, quality, safety and supply continuity.

You will mentor engineers and technicians, develop project scopes and deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage cost, schedule and risk while traveling up to 70% to implement improvements in a regulated food

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; Master's degree welcome.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and packaging engineering practices.
• Strong project planning, analysis, communication and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead packaging-system continuous-improvement projects across the network.
• Develop scopes, specifications, schedules, cost estimates and engineering deliverables.
• Plan and execute tests, scale-up activities and feasibility assessments; translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TPM and structured problem-solving to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Mentor engineers/technicians and transfer improvements to plant operations.
