Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, packaging engineering, product compliance, sustainability, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and implementing complex international regulations.
• Strong project and program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions without direct authority.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise packaging regulatory compliance strategy and PPWR program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain PPWR compliance roadmap with milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing to embed regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on regulatory risks and investments.
• Stay current on regulatory developments through industry associations and regulators.
