GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior packaging compliance leader to drive regulatory strategy across markets, with initial focus on the EU PPWR.

The role acts as the enterprise subject matter expert, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure products and packaging comply with current and future regulations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a PPWR compliance roadmap, guiding sustainability requirements, and partnering with engineering and sourcing to embed regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, packaging engineering, product compliance, sustainability, or related field.
• Experience interpreting and implementing complex international regulations.
• Strong project and program management experience with cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise packaging regulatory compliance strategy, focusing on EU PPWR.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify and close compliance gaps.
• Develop and maintain the PPWR compliance roadmap with milestones and timelines.
• Serve as the technical expert on packaging sustainability regulations including recyclability and labeling.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and suppliers to meet regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance, metrics, dashboards and executive reporting for regulatory initiatives.
