Responsibilities include reviewing assignments, communicating with insurers and clients, and maintaining meticulous documentation while adhering to professional conduct standards. A flexible, fully remote setup is offered with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Litigation skills for arbitration or litigation when negotiations fail.
• Timely review of new assignments and evaluation of all avenues to resolve cases.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, body shops, tow yards and clients.
• Document all activity in computer systems with accuracy.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Engage in ADR or commence litigation when necessary.
• Review new assignments and analyze all avenues for clients with legal/financial interests.
• Communicate with interested parties by phone and written correspondence.
• Fully document all activity and records in the firm systems.
• Maintain compliance with professional conduct rules.
