Primary duties include using Microsoft Office and case management software, maintaining detailed records, and communicating with insurance adjusters, clients, and opposing counsel while upholding the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume caseloads with attention to detail.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Negotiate impound lien disputes and property damage claims.
• Engage in ADR or litigation when necessary.
• Analyze and evaluate new assignments to resolve cases.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and clients.
• Negotiate and settle claims within discretionary authority.
• Document all activities on the appropriate computer systems.
• Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct.
