The ideal candidate blends meticulous case analysis with strong negotiation and litigation skills, and can work independently within a fully remote, Teams-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in North Carolina or eligible for NC admission.
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads with attention to detail.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills; experience with ADR and litigation a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adherence to professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume caseloads with deadlines and meticulous review.
• Negotiate and resolve lien disputes with shops, tow yards, and agencies.
• Engage in ADR or litigation; handle all aspects of lawsuits when needed.
• Review assignments promptly and analyze options for clients.
• Communicate with insurers, adjusters, attorneys, and clients by phone and email.
• Document all activity in the case management system; preserve evidence.
• Conform to Rules of Professional Conduct.
