Job summary

GOLDFEIN & ASSOCIATES, P.C. is seeking a Delaware licensed attorney for a fully remote role spanning Wilmington, DE. The candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, negotiate lien disputes, and engage in litigation or ADR as needed.

Training is provided for all lawyers, with full-time employment and a strong benefits package. The role emphasizes meticulous document management, timely case review, and strict adherence to the Rules of Professional Conduct, with interviews conducted via Microsoft

Qualifications

Active Delaware license to practice law and strong litigation background.
Ability to handle high-volume caseloads with deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and resolve impound lien disputes with shops, tow yards, and agencies.
Litigate when negotiations fail; manage ADR or lawsuits from start to finish.
Review new assignments promptly and analyze all avenues for resolution.
Directly communicate with insurance adjusters, claims supervisors, attorneys, and clients.
Obtain documents and releases; document all activity in the system.
Ensure compliance with applicable Rules of Professional Conduct.
