Qualifications

• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and producing timely outcomes for clients.
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams; internet browsers; case management software.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and settle impound lien disputes with shops, tow yards, and agencies.
• Engage in ADR or litigation when negotiations fail and handle all aspects of lawsuits.
• Review assignments promptly to resolve cases involving high-value assets.
