Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.

• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Maximo, PeopleSoft, CAPS is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor master records.
• Support 1099 reporting processes.
• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues and fulfill research requests.
• Maintain and validate payment and credit card data.
• Support expense management processes.
• Assist with audit requests and rate case documentation.
• Identify root causes and support process improvements.
