Qualifications

• 1 year related work experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience, High School/GED with 5 years related work experience.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor master records and assist with 1099 reporting.
• Respond to supplier and internal inquiries and resolve issues.
• Validate payment files and credit card data.
• Support expense management and audit requests.
• Participate in root cause analyses and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Treasury, suppliers, and internal teams on payments.
