Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance or related field preferred.
• CPCU/AU/ARM designation a plus and demonstrate commitment to ongoing education.
• Minimum 3 years of property and casualty insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite commercial and personal lines submissions per guidelines.
• Assess risk, determine pricing and coverage options.
• Cultivate relationships with independent agents.
• Negotiate terms to write profitable business.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to underwriting strategies and workflows, including AI tools.
