Midwest Family Mutual Insurance Company Urbandale, Iowa is seeking an experienced Property/Casualty Agency Service Specialist to support independent agents and insureds from a remote home office.

You will review commercial quotes and new business applications, answer billing questions, process payments, assist with personal lines changes and quotes, and collaborate with Underwriting and Marketing in a fast-paced environment to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of P&C insurance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to diverse audiences.
• Excellent customer service and call center experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Timely review and processing of commercial quotes and new business applications.
• Answer billing questions and process payments for customers.
• Assist agents via calls, email, live chat/instant messaging.
• Assist agents with personal lines changes and quotes.
• Work closely with Underwriting and Marketing to support our mission.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
